Overview

Welcome to the Project Validation guide. In this guide, you’ll learn how to test and refine your AI moderated interview before publishing it. How to launch an interactive demo from your Sandbox Environment, share it with your team for feedback, and generate AI-to-AI demo interviews to see how your setup performs. This process ensures your AI agent fully understands your project details, guidelines, and objectives - so your final interviews deliver high-quality, reliable insights.

Detailed Instructions

  1. Interactive Demo - Before publishing, launch an Interactive Demo from your Sandbox Environment to experience your AI moderated interview firsthand. On the right-hand side, you’ll see the Sandbox Environment - simply click “Let’s Get Started” and follow the on-screen guidelines. This view reflects how participants will experience the interview lobby, allowing you to validate the setup, flow, and first impressions.
Note: Your responses will not be included in the project analysis

  2. Review Your Experience: After completing the interview, reflect on the overall experience. Take notes on what worked well and what could be improved, then make necessary adjustments to your project details or settings.

  3. Review Past Demos: Optionally, watch past demos to analyze transcripts and assess the interview flow. You can also generate an AI Demo, which automatically creates three synthetic AI-to-AI interviews for deeper analysis.

  4. Synthetic interviews - You can also generate synthetic interviews from the “Generate AI Demo” tab. Click “See a Demo of Your Interview”, and three AI-to-AI demo interviews will be automatically created. These demos provide additional perspectives on how the AI agent interprets your project setup and help you evaluate whether the conversation flows as intended.
